Pharmacy Weight Loss Porthmadog is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and General Pharmaceutical Council standards. All prescription medications dispensed by us require approval from our registered pharmacist or prescriber. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Treatment is only supplied where it is deemed clinically appropriate for you.
You must provide accurate, truthful information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information is a serious risk to your health and may constitute a criminal offence. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for dispensing by us only, unless otherwise agreed. We do not routinely forward prescriptions to third-party pharmacies.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at checkout. If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day via a tracked courier service. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including postal disruptions or public holidays.
You are responsible for ensuring that a correct and secure delivery address is provided. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address or failure to collect a parcel from a safe location or depot.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for resale, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations.
If your order is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund. Refunds for approved and dispatched orders are only considered where there is a proven dispensing error on our part.
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services do not replace your regular GP or NHS healthcare provider. If you experience a medical emergency or serious side effect, contact 999 or NHS 111 immediately.
Weight loss medications carry risks and may not be suitable for everyone. You should continue to inform your regular GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
